No mystery here: this mosaic lady, holding a teapot and a cup and being embraced by my grandkids, is one of several sculptures for sale at Quail Gardens to support their operations.

I mentioned on FB that I had a new gate put up but as yet it has no fence. A couple of people asked for a picture, so here it is. Then someone asked if I was going to write a haiku about it, so I did:





A gate to nowhere:
Keeping no one out or in.
